The final rune is in some stone that is lit, so it's a little hard to see the rune itself. Look at the wall carefully and approach it. You should see some stairs in front of you. Keep going forward until you smack into the wall, then face left. Don't go in the room though turn left (west), then go forward through both large arches in front of you. Turn right (north), then go forward until you reach the water in front of the bashed-open wall that led to the fifth rune. The final rune is hard to see once you get there. The sixth rune will be just to your right on the wall. Turn left (north), then walk forward through the arch into the next room. Continue forward (east) until you reach the next wall and get out of the water. Turn left and pass under the small arch there. Be careful because there is a stream of water in the center of the room which will extinguish your torch, though there is a new brazier just around the corner.Įxit the little room and go straight on south. Head inside, and you'll find the fifth rune along the east wall. You'll find a point in the wall that a warrior can break down. Pass through the now-open gate, then turn left immediately. Simply interact with the lever, and the gate will open.

You'll find another closed gate, but this time, there is a lever in the corner to your left that will open it. Go forward under the next short arch, then turn left immediately. You'll find a closed gate, but the Ornate Key will open it. Head back to the sanctuary area, go to the southeast corner while remaining on the balcony. One of them will drop an item called “Ornate Key.” Kill them all, then loot everyone: pulse your search if necessary. Loot it, and a bunch of undead enemies will spawn in. You'll find one of the artifacts involved in the God of Secrets quest. It's indirect to find, so follow the steps carefully.įrom the fourth rune, turn back around, go forward, then turn left when you can. Turn around again (facing west) and go the very end of the wall to find the fourth rune. Pick it with a rogue, and once you're through it, turn around (facing east) and interact with the lever to the right of the gate. Turn left from the third rune, and you'll see a locked gate in the water. The third rune is straight forward from where you enter this room. You'll enter a room called the Crypts of the Forgotten. Ignore it and keep going, but take the next left. The balcony itself is linear, but the first door it comes to is “guarded” by a similar sheet of water. When you arrive, you'll be on a balcony that first goes left. The third rune is in an area called The Sanctuary. The second rune is next to the archway inside the room. Pull it, and the streams of water will separate, allowing you to enter the archway. Instead, as the structures just to the left of the archway to find a lever.

If you just walk in, your torch will go out. If you follow the water, you'll find an open archway that leads to a room called the Chamber of Whispers, but you may notice streams of water coming down in front of the archway. Stay in the water, then head forward, but slow down. The runes are not marked on your map, not even by search areas, so you'll need to carry your torch everywhere you go.įrom the first rune, turn right, then left.
